Doug Wilhoit
is the current CEO of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce. He has spent most of his career fighting against crime and promoting violence prevention. Wilhoit has served on numerous committees and is a major advocate for citizens of Stockton and San Joaquin County. Whilhoit will be presenting the brief overview of the current state of Stockton and opportunities that lay ahead.

Dan Dellarocca has been with the Labor Commissioner for over 25 years. A father of three Dan has a great amount of experience with holding formal hearings for compliance with the provisions of the Labor Code and Orders of the Industrial Welfare Commission, hearings on Cal/OSHA discrimination complaints and on claims for wages and benefits. The decisions deemed to be final orders of the Labor Commissioner are entered as judgments in Superior Court.
