The San Joaquin HR Association is pleased to offer a 2-Day (15 Hour) accelerated California Employment Law Certification Study Course to HR and business professionals in San Joaquin County on 11/6-11/7 (Saturday-Sunday).

This course is run concurrently with the California Employment Law Study Course, which is open to everyone. For PHR/SPHR Members, this course provides key information and training for those who are planning to obtain their California Certification Credential and have scheduled their exam.

* There is a 10 participant minimum registration requirement for this course to be held. If minimum registration requirements are not met, participants may be directed to other courses offered, or delayed until the Spring 2011 course.

Participants interested in California Certification should be registered for the California Certification Exam prior to attending the course and are REQUIRED to purchase the SHRM California Learning System. 

To be REGISTERED & CONFIRMED in the Study Course, participants:

1. MUST be a current, PAID 2010 member in the SJHRA to receive the member price. (Non-chapter members wishing to participate must pay the non-member price, which includes membership in the SJHRA through 12/31/2011.)
2. MUST register and pay for the course online through the SJHRA Website by 10/23/2010.
3. MUST purchase the California Learning System either through the SJHRA in bundle pricing or from SHRM Directly by 10/23/2010.

$499 for SJHRA or SHRM Members (Includes SHRM CA Learning System, a $288 value) 

$559 for Non-Members (Includes SJHRA membership through 12/31/2011 and SHRM CA Learning System, a $288 value)

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Materials for study courses are generally ordered one to two weeks in advance of a scheduled course. Orders are placed based on the number of patrticipants registered. Once materials are ordered, no refunds will be processed.  Credits will be processed for cancellations received no later than 15 calendar days prior to a scheduled study course. Cancellations must be received by email to hrci@sjhra.org.  All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Substitutions will be accepted at no additional cost.  Participants may apply credits to future Chapter events scheduled within the same calendar year subject to availability.  Credit cannot be carried over from one calendar year to another.
