Sponsor a Monthly Association Meeting

Regular Monthly Meeting Sponsorship $150.00

We are pleased to offer monthly meeting sponsorships. The cost to sponsor a regular association meeting is $150.00 and includes the following:

  1. The sponsors logo will appear on the SJHRA event web page during the registration period identified as "Sponsored By". (Logo must be provided in a .jpg format for posting on the website).
  2. Distribution of sponsor-provided hand-out materials to the meeting attendees. (Additional sponsor provided Flyers/brochures may be put at the bar area where members obtain their ID cards and other association materials.)
  3. Sponsor-provided table-sign(s) at the front door, bar and dinning tables stating "Sponsored By" with company Name and Logo.
  4. A company representative may arrive early and meet association members, introduce his/her self as the meeting sponsor and provide information about their services at the bar area where members obtain their name badges.
  5. A sponsorship announcement during opening remarks and call to order by the VP of Professional Development.
  6. A 5-minute presentation slot before the main speaker.
  7. Attendance at the meeting and luncheon (for one individual.)   There will be an additional $35.00 charge per person to cover attendance/meal expenses for additional sponsor representatives.
