About: The San Joaquin Human Resource Association is pleased and excited to begin its third year in offering scholarship opportunities to high school seniors who are college-bound and who, in spite of family financial hardship, strive for academic excellence while cultivating other qualities by participating in extracurricular activities! We are looking for the next generation's leaders who exemplify outstanding academic success, leadership and a commitment to service. Awards are made on a competitive basis, consideration being given to scholastic attainment, character and promise.
