Basic Scholarship Criteria:

1)  Applicant must be a high school senior who plans to attend a junior college or 4 year university beginning Fall semester of 2010.

2)  Must reside within San Joaquin County.

3)  Have maintained a minimum 3.3 grade point average or higher.

4)  Must demonstrate a commitment to  service in his/her community.

5)  Majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or Education.
